The Conference

Q) What is the format of the conference?
A) The Knowledge Graph Conference (KGC) 2023 is a 5-day hybrid conference with multiple parallel tracks everyday, covering a multitude of topics related to knowledge graph technologies.

Q) When and where will KGC 2023 take place?
A) The Knowledge Graph Conference 2023 will take place virtually online in its entirety via Airmeet, and in person at the prestigious Cornell Tech Campus in NYC, apart from the final day (Virtual Friday), which will be virtual only.
May 8-9 will see Cornell Tech host our two-day masterclasses and workshops (in-person and online), May 10-11 will be the main event, The Knowledge Graph Conference, two days of multiple tracks covering an array of KG-related topics (in-person and online) and then finally, May 12 our Virtual Friday, which will be on Airmeet only. KGC 2023 will take place with respect to eastern timezone.

Q) What kind of track topics will be covered during the conference?
A) During KGC 2023, you can expect to find a great variety of subject matter related to knowledge graphs (KG) and knowledge technologies. We will cover topics ranging from data architecture, graph neural networks, natural language processing, graph data science, business use cases, ontologies and taxonomies, content KGs, search engine optimization, healthcare and life sciences, library, semantic layer, web3 and decentralization, semantic web, open knowledge networks, European projects, and much much more.

Q) Where can I find a full conference schedule with sessions and speakers?
A) The full schedule with session dates and times has been posted on our Airmeet page. You can also find our speaker roster and a list of sessions by track here on knowledgegraph.tech.

Q) Will the In-Person conference presentations be made available online?
A) Both In-Person and Virtual presentations will be streamed in real-time to the online attendees. All presentations will be recorded and then made available for replay within the Airmeet platform for 4  weeks after the conference.


Registration

Q) Where and how can I purchase a ticket?

Q) Are group/bulk registration discounts available?
A) Yes. KGC has a new promotional discount offer for buying in bulk. These apply to all ticket types.

Please email us at contact@knowledgegraph.tech to express your interest, and we will share the discount codes for you to make your ticket purchases via Airmeet.

Q) What is included in the In-Person + Virtual All Access ticket?
A) The ticket includes access to the In-Person event taking place in the Cornell Tech Campus from May 8-12 as well as access to all Virtual conference sessions and activities on Airmeet. In addition to being able to attend all aspects of the conference live, you will be able to review any previous sessions on-demand in Airmeet for 3 months.

Q) What is included in the Virtual All Access tickets?
A) The ticket includes access to all Virtual conference sessions and activities on Airmeet. This includes some live streaming sessions from the In-Person event taking place in the Cornell Tech Campus. In addition to being able to attend aspects of the conference live, you will be able to review any previous sessions on-demand in Airmeet for 3 months.

Q) What is the difference between the Virtual All Access and Virtual All Access (Academic/ NGO/ Gov) ticket options?
A) Virtual All Access (Academic/ NGO/ Gov) ticket was created to make the programming accessible to academics, government agents, and non-profit organizations. The other Virtual All Access ticket is intended for the general public.

Q) How do I verify I have completed registration for a ticket on the registration page?
A) Once you have completed your ticketing purchase, you will receive an email at the email account you registered with, attesting that your registration is valid and complete. Please ensure you have used the correct email address during registration.
If you encounter any issues post registration, please send an email to contact@knowledgegraph.tech with the subject, “Registration Issues”.

Q) How can I access the event once the conference starts?
A) Once you have completed your ticketing purchase, you will receive an email at the email account you registered with, that contains a single sign on magic link. You will be able to click on that link to sign in to your respective account.

In-Person Conference

Q) How will I be able to check in?
A) The day(s) of the conference you will go to the registration desk in the Verizon Executive Education Center in order to begin the check-in process. The check in process involves showing a valid government issued ID.

Q) Will I be able to retrieve badges for a colleague during check in?
A) You will not be able to retrieve badges for anyone other than yourself.

Q) What is the Visa Waiver Program?
A) A foreign national traveling to the United States to conduct temporary business needs a visitor visa (B-1) unless qualifying for entry under the Visa Waiver Program. For more information, please read: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/business.html.
