2022 Talk: How The Leading Home Improvement Retailer In Europe Improved Its Search And Reco Relevance With A Collaborative Expert Knowledge Graph
During the last three years we have developed a Home Improvement knowledge graph to improve search and recommendation expertise of our e-commerce websites. Our company is a large retailer recognized for the expertise of its sales attendants. We decided to involve some of them by working closely with our KG team.
This report will talk about the path we have taken from business objectives to KG implementation and its use by Search and Recommendation, and the human organization we have tested to work with the right mix between tech and business
