Biography

I am mainly interested in user interfaces for knowledge graphs. For example, making knowledge graphs accessible to users without the technical skills (both for data consumption and data creation). Furthermore, I am interested in applying crowdsourcing to populate knowledge graphs.

2022 Talk: Open Research Knowledge Graph: Using Human And Machine Intelligence To Generate A Scholarly Knowledge Graph

The ever-increasing number of published scholarly articles imposes significant challenges in organizing scholarly knowledge. We present the Open Research Knowledge Graph (ORKG), a scholarly infrastructure that provides scholarly knowledge as structured data stored within a knowledge graph. With intelligent user interfaces, supported by machine learning, we provide tools for researchers to generate structured data for their research articles.
